2 CommentsSandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James were hit by a drunk driver Friday in Gloucester, Mass., but were not hurt.
The couple was in a private car, heading from Gloucester to their hotel in Eastern Point when a gray Subaru station wagon smashed into their car, police told the Boston Herald.
According to police, nobody was injured.
Lucille P. Gatchell, the driver of the Subaru, was given a sobriety test by officers responding to the scene. Her alcohol level was two and a half times over the legal limit, police confirmed to the paper. She was arrested on the scene.
Gatchell, 64, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and a marked lanes violation. Police say this is Gatchell’s first offense.
She was released on bail Saturday morning.
Bullock is in Gloucester filming her latest movie, The Proposal.

I hope they throw the book at the old lady. No matter if she hit a celeb couple or not, she will probably hurt someone badly or kill someone, drunk drivers need to be stopped!!! Up the anty on punishment all around for dui’s….
