Michael David Barrett was in federal court in Chicago on Monday after his arrest Friday at Ohare airport. Barrett is accused of taking nude videos of the sideline reporter through altered peepholes of her hotel room doors, then trying to sell them to tmz.com. Ultimately he posted several videos on the internet.
Barrett faces interstate stalking charges, and is due in court in Los Angeles on October 23rd. If convicted, he could get up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. His attorney says he will return to his insurance job and is barred from using the internet.
