Farrah Fawcett’s partner Ryan O’Neal and their son Redmond, along with best friend Alana Stewart, are just a few of the mourners who attended Farrah’s funeral at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Hollywood icon and Charlie’s Angel star Farrah Fawcett was euologized on Tuesday at a private funeral at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles.
Farrah’s son Redmond who was given permission to leave jail for the service gave the first reading. His father and Farrah’s longtime partner, Ryan O’Neal, read next and served as pallbearer for Farrah’s casket which was covered with orange and yellow flowers. The actresses’ best friend Alana Stewart was also on hand to bid her friend a final farewell. “She’s the most beautiful angel in heaven,” Stewart said, according to People magazine. “Goodbye sweet girl.”
Charlie’s Angel co-stars, Jaclynn Smith, Kate Jackson and Cheryl Ladd were also spotted at the service. Even Farrah’s ex, Lee Majors was there to pay his respects. Us Weekly says he and Farrah had reconciled shortly before her death.
I know there has been a lot in the news leading up to Farrah’s death but I think it is a shame that her death has been overshadowed by Michael Jackson! I feel bad for Michael also but it seems a if some celebrities, they go on and on and on about their death while others you almost don’t even know died!
It really is a shame that Farrah’s death has been overshadowed. However, I think it’s a positive thing. Seeing a lot of negative focuses on MJ’s death, I’m glad Farrah’s is a bit quieter. Besides, I think everyone was more shocked by MJ’s sudden death, whereas everyone knew Farrah had a very short time to live.

Great actress and a natural beauty in her time. No fakeness and she never acted like a dumb blonde to get attention. People say FF will never be forgotten because she is “beautiful”…then Sharon Tate should never be forgotten because she was gorgeous. Very athletic also and so happy when pregnant.
