Lisa Rinna is fessing up–again–about overdoing it with plastic surgery.
Asked if there are any procedures she regrets, the 45-year-old admits she went a little nuts with facial fillers.
“I had Juvederm put in my cheeks,” the former soap star and Melrose Place alum tells momlogic . “That’s what I overdid — big time. I tried it because my girlfriends did it.”
Adds Rinna: “I saw a photo and I was like, ‘Oh Jesus. That’s no good. That’s NOT good.’ I learned is that I don’t really need it. You get older and insecure and you think you need it and you don’t. I learned less is more. Keep your skin good.”
The mother of two confesses she still has a love of Botox.
“It’s great! It doesn’t change the shape of my face. Looking fresher is one thing. I look like a freak! I always said I wouldn’t change my face, but I did it…I realized I couldn’t hide it.”
Rinna says two celebs who don’t need any help in the looks department are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who get her vote for best-looking couple on the red carpet.
“They just take your breath away for a second,” she says.

A private memorial service will be held for John Travolta and Kelly Preston’s 16-year-old son, Jett, on Thursday, according to the actor’s publicist.
The service will take place in Ocala, Fla., where the Travolta family has home.
Jett died of a seizure on Jan. 2 at the family’s vacation home in the Bahamas. His remains were cremated Monday and flown to Florida, reportedly in a plane piloted by his father.

Lisa Marie Presley, a close friend of John Travolta and Kelly Preston’s, has taken to her MySpace page to defend her fellow Scientologists after the death of their son, Jett Travolta.
Some media reports have suggested that Travolta and Preston’s religion might have play a part in Jett’s death. The 16-year-old died on Jan. 2 after suffering a seizure.
The teenager, who had been diagnosed with Kawasaki syndrome–which can cause heart problems–was rumored to be autistic, which the Travolta’s denied.
Presley is taking it upon herself to set the record straight about Jett’s medical care:
“I am writing this because I have noticed that for the most part, people and the media have been very sympathetic and respectful, but there are those certain ones that want to use this horrible tragedy as an opportunity to once again, blame and or attack Scientology?” she writes.
“It is not true that Scientologist’s “Don’t believe in ” medical care , medicine or medical Doctors and that may have something to do with this terrible tragedy. Just like anyone else, If one is sick , they go to the doctor, If a medication will make it better then they take it. If they don’t then they are an idiot and you can’t blame their religion,” added Presley.
Presley, who gave birth to twins in October, also made a point to note that her friends Travolta and Preston made nothing but a “tireless” effort to provide the absolute best care for Jett.
