“Sex And the City” Cast Chats With Oprah

The ladies of Sex and the City are back with plenty of sex and nudity to talk about.
Oprah Winfrey welcomed the cast of Sex And The City: The Movie on Thursday.
During the interview, Winfrey asked Kim Cattrall about a rumor that she and her younger beau like to cook in the buff at home. “Is that true?” Winfrey ventured. Demurred Cattrall: “I was in a grocery store over the weekend and someone slipped me an apron and said, ‘Just in case it might be true, here, protect yourself, girlfriend.’”
Of course, fashion is always at the forefront for Sarah Jessica Parker, who even compared her level of excitement about the movie to a pair of shoes: “I am excited—excited is like a flip-flop to a high heel. Like, it doesn’t even describe.”
As the ladies did a wrap-up of the past four years, Cynthia Nixon discussed her battle with breast cancer. Winfrey asked about her reaction to discovering this after a routine mammogram. Nixon said, “I never cried.” Kristen Davis told Winfrey that the red-head is “like a rock.”
Joined later by Chris Noth, “Mr. Big” himself shared what it’s like to work with the four female castmates. Winfrey inquired, “Did you gain a lot of insight about women working on this show?” The answer? “For me it’s hard to learn,” Noth confessed. “I’m a slow learner with women.”

The movie will be in theaters on May 30.
