Full House star Jodie Sweetin has plenty of off-screen drama to deal with these days.
According to TMZ, an emergency hearing was called at the request of Sweetin’s ex, Cody Herpin, on Wednesday and the court ruled that Sweetin is not allowed to visit her 8-month-old daughter, Zoie, without supervision.
The judge made his ruling against Sweetin after Herpin accused the former child star of being an unfit mother, claiming she had driven under the influence while their baby was in the car.
And according to testimony given by a doctor, Sweetin–who has battled addictions to both meth and alcohol–has apparently fallen off the wagon.
While the doctor added that Sweetin has been in touch with her sponsor, a judge ordered both Sweetin and Herpin to submit to drug tests before the next hearing.
Sweetin and Herpin were married 17 months before they split.
Calls to Sweetin’s rep were not immediately returned.
