No CommentsScore one for Keanu Reeves in his ongoing court battle with a paparazzo who claims the actor ran into him with his car in 2007.
According to witnesses, Reeves “grazed” photographer Alison Silva with his black 1996 Porsche on March 19, 2007, when the actor pulled away from the curb in the Rancho Palos Verdes section of L.A.
The pap later sued Reeves for unspecified damages, claiming negligence, assault and battery.
According to new court order first obtained by CelebTV.com, Reeves’ testimony related to the accident will be kept private.
A protective order granted by L.A. Superior Court on July 7 states that Reeves’ testimony will be videotaped and that only one copy of the tape will be made—and it will kept under lock and key.
Clearly, his upcoming testimony is one performance Reeves doesn’t want the public to catch.
