Kim and Khloe Kardashian are slimmer than ever – and showing off their bangin’ bikini bods to prove it…but now they’re spilling their secrets to keeping off the pounds.
Kim and Khloe Kardashian fess up to years of yo-yo dieting in the new issue of Life & Style magazine.
Kim tells the mag, “I’d try the Atkins diet, the cabbage-soup diet — every ridiculous diet ever.” And Khloe says, “I’ve had weight battles my entire teenage and adult life.”
But now the sisters say they’ve finally achieved their weight loss goals…Khloe’s lost 25 pounds and Kim – about 10. Their secret? The quick trim system of diet and fitness supplements.
Khloe says, “it’s always been hard to lose weight in general, but this time, the weight just fell off…I feel like I’ve lost all my fat and just want to tone up.”
Kim adds, “I used to be so shy and insecure walking out in a bikini doing shoots and things — it just really feels good to finally feel like I did it. I’m the skinniest I’ve ever been.”
