The past is not the past when it comes to Mandy Moore and DJ AM.
Actress Mandy Moore flew to DJ AM’s bedside immediately after learning of her ex-boyfriend’s plane crash, Moore’s rep confirmed to CelebTV.com.
The singer visited her ex-boyfriend at the Joseph Still Burn Center in Augusta, Ga.
The 35-year-old DJ and drummer Travis Barker, 32, remain hospitalized in critical but stable condition. The medical director of the burn hospital where the musicians are being treated says both men are expected to make full recoveries.
The plane’s four other passengers all died in the crash.
Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen said the plane carrying six people was departing shortly before midnight Friday when air traffic controllers reported seeing sparks. The plane went off a runway and crashed on a nearby road, she said.
Moore and Goldstein began dating in early 2007. They split amicably after about two months.
And Moore is not the only one showing her support. Barker’s ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, also rushed to the hospital to be by his side.
