Let’s recap on why people hate him in the first place. We have been told that Murray gave him painkillers and a drug primarily used in hospitals to sedate patients, Demerol which also contains Propofol. The substance combined with painkillers could cause life threatening side effects.
Murray had Demerol available and had Michael inject himself while Murray was asleep! A couple hours later when Murray got up to check on Michael he found him unconscious as he tried to resuscitate him in vain.

I understand your point. I’m not saying he is without blame, but I believe that Michael was requesting these drugs. I’m a HUGE MJ fan but I don’t think he was perfect; we already know he’d had painkiller addiction before. That addiction can escalate quickly..& we also knew that he’d have help to get to sleep at night on tour. Who’s to say he didn’t request the Propofol? However I do wish Dr. Murray would have had a heart monitor on MJ and would’ve been present for the entirety of the process!

Similarly Dr. Murray had no business administering anaesthetics to Michael or any other addicted client because of the sheer risk of sudden death, involved. GREED AND NOTHING ELSE was Murray’s motivation. Whether or not there was a heart monitor his ever presence, the side effect was SUDDEN DEATH. Death occurred!
I didn’t say he assisted suicide. I meant that MJ may have developed a huge tolerance to other medication and was sure that Propofol could make him sleep. That people, in this case, a doctor,deliberately chose an unprofessional course of conduct designed to retain his ‘moneybag’ client where imminent death loomed, is inexcusable. If you were doing that propofol rutine very often, Why , (at least), didn´t you require MJ to have adequate medical monitoring equipment (and team)? And a cardiologist administering this kind of drug should’ve had naloxone/narcan to reverse the effects in an emergency. It is known that prescription drugs are lethal with or without a doctor present. Dr. Conrad did what he thought was in his patients best interest at his discresion, which is what ANY good doc would do.

A good doctor wouldn’t go outside his field. He specializes in the heart not anesthesiology. Conrad left his patient, propofol require constant watch. Conrad left. He combined several sedatives, did not tell the hospital of the combination drugs and it’s been confirmed the dosage for propofol was a lethal dosage. It’s not about MJ, it’s about the practice and the result of death. Every doctor has condemned Conrad’s practice. You don’t treat sleep-anxiety/insomnia with a cocktail of sedatives.
Conrad left his patient. There’s a reason the coroner’s office has officially ruled MJ’s death a homicide. And speaking of Ledger, he popped pills, if a doctor injected those anti-depressant they would also be liable. There’s a code of ethics that was violated, Conrad over stepped his boundaries and this is the result. MJ stopped breathing around 10:30 something the ambulance wasn’t called til after 12, and even then Conrad took over, because he has an higher authority as a doctor on the scene.

We can go on and on about speculated facts. All i’m saying is, this is another case where a doc administered incorrectly. Its not the

Part I : I have cried over Michael’s death like I never imagined I would, I’ve prayed for his soul to find peace wherever he is. I believe Michael was an addict to narcotics, not by personal choice, but because of all the crap he had to go through due to the cruelty of others.

I don’t approve of Dr. Conrad’s judgement and I think he should pay for his act of negligence, however, I’m also sad because in my heart I fully believe that if it would have not been Conrad, some other doctor was going to kill him sooner or later, because Michael apparently wouldn’t stop until he heard what he wanted to hear, just like the nurse on TV said.
Part III :She denied the drug to him, tried to make him understand he shouldnt use it, and many other doctors would have done the same, but unfortunately, with great power comes also great danger, and Michaels money would have found other doctors that would have said yes to his demands and the ones who wanted what was best for him would have been fired.
Part IV: Many people that knew him personally have given testimony of how he would shut himself off towards people that wanted to help him. Bottom line is, it makes me sad that Michael had to put up with so much crap that brought on all of this sleep disorder, not to mention the Pepsi commercial accident.

I would have liked to have thought that true Michael fans would be a little more open-minded and merciful than this. Certainly at the moment no-one knows the story in it’s full entirety, only Michael, Dr Conrad and those closest to him are likely to know. In such cases I think people such be less hasty in their blind hatred and just continue to appreciate Michael’s forever living legacy and love.
Nothing in this world will ever replace Michael and I don’t think I will ever truly believe he is no longer with us. The fact that he’s gone is just surreal. I’m pretty certain Michael would not have wanted his fans to direct such dislike and hatred towards this man who has been a regular presence in his life for some time.

CONASS is a cardiologist not an anesthieologist. If a anesthieologist did the job of a heart doctor and prescribed drugs or tried to perform heart surgery, he or she would surely kill that patient because that is not his specialty. I believe God allowed this because man has freewill. Let’s recap on why people hate him in the first place. We have been told that Murray gave him painkillers and a drug primarily used in hospitals to sedate patients, Demerol which also contains Propofol. The substance combined with painkillers could cause life threatening side effects.
Murray had Demerol available and had Michael inject himself while Murray was asleep! A couple hours later when Murray got up to check on Michael he found him unconscious as he tried to resuscitate him in vain.

I understand your point. I’m not saying he is without blame, but I believe that Michael was requesting these drugs. I’m a HUGE MJ fan but I don’t think he was perfect; we already know he’d had painkiller addiction before. That addiction can escalate quickly..& we also knew that he’d have help to get to sleep at night on tour. Who’s to say he didn’t request the Propofol? However I do wish Dr. Murray would have had a heart monitor on MJ and would’ve been present for the entirety of the process!

I didn’t say he assisted suicide. I meant that MJ may have developed a huge tolerance to other medication and was sure that Propofol could make him sleep. I don’t think it was suicide, and I don’t think it was murder. Manslaughter, okay, I can deal with that. But not outright murder. And people take oaths all the time and don’t keep them. You make good points. Part of me feels sorry for Dr. Murray & I know that most will find that hard to believe or hard to understand. But it’s true. The medicine he gave MJ is not to be used on someone who has sleep anxiety and at their home. It’s a surgical drug. And a cardiologist administering this kind of drug should’ve had naloxone/narcan to reverse the effects in an emergency. He is supposed to keep constant watch under this drug, he did not, and it’s not a drug to be used daily. He waited 30-mins to call an ambulance and then took over as he was a Doctor on the scene. The man-slaughter charges are more then appropriate.

I always felt in my heart that the nurse that spoke about Propofol very early on was not lying, despite the fact that a lot of people on T.V. were questioning her. She sounded so serene and secure of what she was saying. I don’t think she had anything to gain from telling a lie. One of the things that disturb me the most is how the doctor went to call Prince Michael to the bedroom to witness such a scene.

All arguing aside. Michael was a very troubled man who suffered through the majority of his life, and everyone around him would rather take advantage of him and his money than ever try to help him. All everyone ever tried to do was bring him down, and all he wanted was one more chance to remind us of who he was and he never got it. Putting this man in jail won’t bring Michael back. Dr. Conrad Murray is an irresponsible, pathetic excuse for a doctor. He should have his medical license taken away from him and be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, even if that means a life sentence.
Hopefully, stricter regulations will be made in the future to crack down on these doctors who put celebrity/wealthy people’s lives at stake in exchange for large amounts of money.

They would have done a thorough check on this doc, his background, his experience….the fact is, he had serious financial problems at the time he was hired. Why would AEG hire a doctor like Murray to live with Michael during the tour? That’s more of a serious problem. A lot of people say Murray is just a cover up for AEG and Sony.

A good doctor wouldn’t go outside his field. He specializes in the heart not anesthesiology. Conrad left his patient, propofol require constant watch. Conrad left. He combined several sedatives, did not tell the hospital of the combination drugs and it’s been confirmed the dosage for propofol was a lethal dosage. It’s not about MJ, it’s about the practice and the result of death. Every doctor has condemned Conrad’s practice. You don’t treat sleep-anxiety/insomnia with a cocktail of sedatives.

Conrad left his patient. There’s a reason the coroner’s office has officially ruled MJ’s death a homicide. And speaking of Ledger, he popped pills, if a doctor injected those anti-depressant they would also be liable. It may be a cover-up conspiracy, but who knows? A lot of large companies hire people without doing a background check.
Take VH1, for example. They put Ryan Jenkins on that reality dating show Megan Wants A Millionaire without doing a background check. If they did, they would have found out that he had previously been arrested for domestic violence.

According to the news, Michael met Murray in 2006. At that time, Murray was MJ’s children’s doctor. Can you believe that? And for 3 yrs they say, Murray was MJ’s personal physician. So why on earth would someone so close do this to Michael? It doesn’t add up. If what they say is true about Murray being MJs doc for over 3 yrs and even treated his kids, Murray would know everything about MJ’s physical and mental condition. Reports say he didn’t know about MJ’s meds and condition. Impossible.
