The New York City Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled Natasha Richardson’s death as an accident.
A spokesperson for the ME tells CelebTV.com, “The cause of death is epidural hematoma due to blunt impact to the head.”
Natasha, 45, was taken off life support Wednesday after suffering an injury to the head during a ski lesson.
She is survived by her husband Liam Neeson and their two children.
