The body of actor Patrick Swayze, who died Monday from pancreatic cancer, has been cremated according to his death certificate.
The certificate also confirms that Swayze’s body has been removed from Los Angeles, where he died, and is being stored under the name of his wife, Lisa Niemi.
Funeral plans have not yet been announced by Patrick’s family, although a public memorial is being planned in Lake Lure, North Carolina, where his hit movie, Dirty Dancing, was filmed.
Patrick was 57.
