GBay and stopping torture…that is debatable (and I admit there are moral delemas inherent in torture, as well as not torturing (such as the ticking time bomb scenario)). But, my original point is in relation to his economic measures undertaken with a democratic congress. Bush had his issues, yes, and it is difficult to judge any President during his term or even a few years after.
