Real Housewives of New York City star, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, is dealing with a royally bruised ego after being dumped by her hubby, Count Alex de Lesseps just last week.
Her hubby broke up with LuAnn via e-mail, reportedly after meeting an Ethiopian woman in Europe. The titled twosome, who have two kids, just celebrated their 16th anniversary together on March 16.
“It’s been really difficult for me,” the Countess admitted to Us Weekly.
But she added that she intends to carry on for her family’s sake: “We are going to be friends, and we’re going to do the best thing for our kids.”
The Real Housewives star made sure to reiterate to the mag that she will be keeping her title of “Countess” — but of course.
