Proving no dancer is immune to the dreaded dance off, Aaron Carter and Mark Dacascos, two judge favorites, went head to head for their safety and the judges votes. Unfortunately the Iron Chef host and his partner, Lacey, couldn’t compete with Aaron and were forced to hang up their dancing shoes.
The Bryant Park bound designers on Project Runway faced their toughest challenge yet, creating designs inspired by the Getty Center in Los Angeles. At stake, three spots in the finale and the opportunity to show a full collection at New York Fashion Week. Guest judge Cindy Crawford joined Heidi Klum and Nina Garcia in the difficult task of delivering the news as all the designers produced top notch final creations. Making the cut were Carol Hannah, Irina, and Althea, leaving Christoper and Gordana out.
