Rihanna is breaking her silence after allegedly being beaten by Chris Brown.
“At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown,” says a statement from her rep on Friday.
“She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time.”
The statement was released a day after a photo of a bruised Rihanna surfaced online.
The singer, who turns 21 today, was spotted in Los Angeles Friday after spending almost two weeks in her native Barbados.

I CANT BELIEVE THAT CHRIS BROWN DID THIS!!!!! BUT I HEARD THAT THIS WAS A CHEATING SITUATION… THEY WERE SAYING THAT CHRIS HAS THIS GIRL CALLING AND TEXTING HIM AND RHIANNA FOUND OUT ABOUT IT!!!!! “IDK” I HONESTLY THINK THAT RHIANNA MUST OF GOTTEN SO UPSET MUST OF HIT HIM AND CHRIS HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO DEFEND HIMSELF AND HAD T GET PHYSICAL… I KNOW THAT IS NO EXCUSE… BUT THAT DOSE NOT GIVE A RIGHT FOR A WOMAN TO HIT A MALE AND VISE VERSA!!!!

I feel really bad that Rihanna had to experience that type of violence from someone whom she loves. There is no valid excuse for a man to put his hands on a female. Chris Brown needs some serious counseling and rehabilitation. He talked about having experienced witnessing his Mother be beaten as a child and how it inspired to treat women with respect and love, and then he turns around and beats Rihanna in such a horrific manner. I lost so much respect for the guy over this whole thing. We need to see his road to redemption, as he relearns how to treat a woman. I`d like to see him talk to victims of domestic violence, so that he getsa real perspective of the lasting pain that it causes. My biggest heart break of my life, is having witnessed my Father beat my Mother. And that my younger brothers have followed in his foot steps. I vowed since the age of five to never do that to a woman, and I thank God that I never have. Chris get some help man, Rihanna stay strong Ma.

when i had what happen to rihanna i was disappointed by chris, but what as happen as happen she should put every thing behind her and forgive and forget what happen and she should focus for the future and not what the press and the people around her are saying about him. I knom that him LOVES her very much, i hate to use the word {its was the devils work} but which word do want me to use than its was the devils work. Rihanna please show mercy to chris, remember when both of you started and the LOVE you share just out that in mind.

Chris, why did u hv 2 do this 2 Rihanna? I heard Rihanna is pregnant . Even if she was pregnant with little chris doesn’t give you right to beat her up. It might not have been Rihanna’s fault. I hope Rhianna takes time to really think this through Love should never hurt being in love should feel good, he has serious issues because he has seen abuse in his life he will most likely become an abuser, she has her whole life ahead of her let him lose out he needs to feel some tough love from her he needs to be in jail and she never should have contact with him think about it say to your self do I really want a man that has woman texting him, and then got the nerve to get mad at his woman for that and beat her up just cause he got caught out there by her I would dump him so quick and find me a real man that wants to protect me love me and never harm me that’s real love be safe lady.Peace and blessings I watched my mother get abused growing up it affects your whole life especially the children don’t have any kids with him he doe’s not deserve your love.

Woman usually feel bad for the man after they abuse you especially when they get arrested don’t feel bad be mad!! look what he did to you you have to put your foot down with him , let him go do you and your career good love will come to you and later you can sit back and watch him do this again and again to someone else don’t be his victim i wouldn’t want him to do this to someone else but most likely he will I have a feeling he has been doing this awhile.
And another thing if he wants to be texting all these other woman and sleeping with them all why don’t he be single why keep playing her along
he is a young man and young men alway’s be with other woman he is too young to be settled down he proboly don’t want her with another man .

oh yea I read above about the man witnessing his mother being abused I seen the same in my life and vowed never to have a man like that in my life also and I never have I had one controlling one and I got rid of his behind..
I have a 17 year old son and If my son did that I would want him in jail and in counseling for a long period of time. No matter who it is in your life that is an abuser there should be consequences for your actions.
