She’s wearing spandex — but the updo and glasses remain intact!
It’s Sarah Palin in the running! Shortly before the governor of Alaska announced she was stepping down, she did an interview with runner’s world magazine…in spandex.
It’s not a look we're used to seeing on the Alaska governor, but we gotta say she looks pretty good! Sarah Palin’s photo shoot in August’s Runners World Magazine shows the soon-to-be-ex Gov in a series of stretches and yoga poses, up-do and glasses in tact. She’s seen out on the trail with her son Trigg and in what looks to be her office with an American flag.
In the interview, Palin talks about her love of running saying, “I feel so crappy if I go more than a few days without running…No matter how rotten I feel before or during a run, it's always worth it to me afterwards. Sweat is my sanity.”
She also talks about the things she runs into on the coastal trail in Anchorage.
“I've had to stop right in my tracks and turn around because there's been either a moose standing there staring at me or a moose's butt plopping on over into the trail. I have to turn around and leave or I'm going to get clobbered.”
Well, you betcha you won’t see Sarah Palin on the campaign trail anymore. But I guess, the moose there in Alaska will have to get used to her on their trail.
