Sean Penn’s acceptance speech for Best Actor in a Leading Role at the Oscars was probably one of the night’s most memorable moments.
The Milk star even took the time to thank President Obama, Mickey Rourke, and all the “commie, homo-loving suns of guns” in the audience.
One important person he missed? His wife, Robin Wright Penn.
Apparently, the omission was planned. At the Governor’s Ball, Sean told Access Hollywood, “She knows,” while Robin added she knew there wouldn’t be “enough time” to thank her personally.
Guess there are no hard feelings between these two!
