A Sex and the City sequel is in the works, Sarah Jessica Parker and Michael Patrick King confirmed Thursday night.
The SATC screenwriter and director is cranking out a follow-up to the smash summer hit, Sex and the City: The Movie, he told FoxNews411.
SJP and Kim Cattrall said they’re excited to see what he comes up with.
Joked Parker to the website: “Let’s wring everything we can out of this thing!”
Meanwhile, SATC novelist Candace Bushnell revealed this week she’s writing a pair of teen novels that will take readers back to Carrie Bradshaw’s high school years.
The Carrie Diaries will give readers “an inside look at Carrie’s friendships, romances and how she realized her dream of becoming a writer,” the author said in a statement.
King joked with of the prequel news: “I’m thinking of doing an animated version of theFoxNews411m as babies.”
