In any case, Sienna Miller is steamed at media outlets over racy photos—including several topless shots—of her kissing married beau Balthazar Getty on the Amalfi coast.
The actress, 26, filed a lawsuit this week in London’s High Court against the owners of two British tabloids (the News of the World and the Sun), as well as the photo agency Big Pictures, according London’s the Guardian.
Miller claims her privacy was breached after photos of her romping on a yacht with Getty, 33, surfaced in the tabloids. The pics outed the pair as a couple.
On Monday, the Brothers & Sisters star confirmed he had split from his wife Rosetta, the mother of his four children.
Getty said in a statement:
“In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that, yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.”
Apparently, though, the separation was news to the actor’s wife.
Rosetta Getty, 38, was “blindsided” by her husband’s affair, according to People magazine, and is “utterly devastated” that he’s hooking up with Miller.
Rosetta and Balthazar Getty have four children together.
