Looks like Jon Gosselin will be in need of a little TLC- That’s right… one of America’s most talked about families has lost a major player.
TLC confirmed to the AP on Tuesday that come November 2nd- their hit show “Jon and Kate Plus 8” will now simply be known as: “Kate Plus 8”.
A source tells People Magazine that Jon’s bad behavior played a role in his getting the pink slip-
“Given Jon’s recent antics, there was no way the show could continue to portray him as a doting Dad, not while all this other crap was going on,”
But now In Touch Weekly is reporting that John regrets his play-boy behavior… and wants to slow down the divorce so that he and Kate can do a better job of co-parenting. Think this has anything to do with him losing airtime?
Ratings for the show have dropped ever since Jon & Kate announced their divorce, but TLC says they’ll keep fans interested- by focusing on Kate’s role as a single mom.
If you’re worried about Jon getting another job- don’t. There’s talk of the reality dad costarring in a reality show called: “The Divorced Dads Club” with none other than… Michael Lohan.
Now that’s one club we don’t want access to!
