well, a mariage is always a contract – between two ppl to combine their lives. a contract agreeing to pay 75 mil for a baby within a mariage is no different that paying for that baby in any other situation: another words illegal, its called child buying and is NOT legal becuase a child can never be the object of any buy-sell contract, within a mariage or elsewhere.
