Rumors are flying about the REAL reason Tony Romo broke-up with Jessica Simpson. The singer celebrated a lonely 29th birthday Friday after being freshly dumped by her QB boyfriend the night before…and reportedly it’s because Romo was sick of tired of Jess’s dad-slash-manger Joe Simpson. An insider tells Fox News.com "At one point Joe was even giving Tony football advice which doesn’t go down well,… Tony was a football superstar before he got mixed up in Hollywood.
But another insider says it was a text from Jess’s ex John Mayer that caused the break-up. A source tells Perez Hilton ”he picked up her phone and she got defensive about it. Tony found messages from John and went ballistic. Tony dumped her right then. He walked out and that was it.”
